Core responsibilities
The lead teacher is responsible for planning developmentally appropriate lessons and maintaining a safe, joyful classroom environment. They also mentor assistant teachers and build meaningful relationships with children and their families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have at least 2 years of early childhood education experience and hold a cda, associate's, or bachelor's degree with relevant coursework. Additionally, they must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 lbs and possess current cpr/First aid certification.
