IPS Employment Specialist

The ips employment specialist facilitates vocational goals for transition-Age youth with severe mental illness through community-Based support and job development. They coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide case management, treatment planning, and ongoing employment assistance.

Candidates should have education in human services, behavioral health, or business, or at least two years of experience working with individuals with severe mental illness. The role requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle with specific insurance, and the ability to work flexible hours.
