Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT)

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One, play-Based aba therapy to pediatric patients following behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities include tracking patient progress through data collection, maintaining clinical documentation, and assisting with daily living skills.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or ged. A background or degree in fields such as psychology, special education, or speech pathology is preferred, and the ability to obtain rbt certification within 60 days is required.
