Camp Health and Behavioral Specialist - Pasadena

The health & behavioral specialist supports daily camp operations by assisting in the health and safety of staff and campers with a focus on mental health. They promote and implement behavior management strategies while engaging with campers to create a high-Quality experience.

Candidates should have experience working with youth, preferably in counseling or social work, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a clinical mental health counseling graduate program is preferred.
