School Based Advisor

The advisor provides college and career support to middle and high school students to ensure high school graduation and successful transition to college. They implement program frameworks, maintain student relationships, and collaborate with school staff to foster educational equity.

A bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a relevant field is preferred along with at least two years of experience in mentoring, youth development, or counseling. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, familiarity with crm software, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
