Adventure Facilitator

The adventure facilitator is responsible for the safe operation of on-Campus adventure activities and ensuring a positive, fun experience for all guests. They must supervise students, facilitate decision-Making through 'challenge by choice', and maintain a professional environment.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work at heights and perform self-Rescues. A high school diploma is preferred, along with the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sustain outdoor activity.
