Middle School Program Instructor

The instructor facilitates engaging, culturally responsive activities for middle school students while building authentic, supportive relationships. They are responsible for maintaining student safety, managing group dynamics, and contributing to a positive, inclusive site culture.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with youth and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to youth leadership, and the ability to pass a background check are required.
