Job Placement Associate

The job placement associate assists individuals with visual impairments in securing employment, internships, and work experiences through employer networking and community outreach. The role also involves providing support with assistive technology and facilitating job readiness through coaching and data tracking.

Candidates must possess an associate degree in a relevant field and have strong computer and communication skills. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, along with the ability to travel within the service area.
