The senior learning architect designs and develops effective instructional materials for various learning platforms to support business and performance objectives. They lead end-To-End learning design efforts, including needs analysis, modality selection, and evaluation strategy to ensure high-Quality learning solutions.

A bachelor's degree in education or a related field and five years of instructional design experience are required. Candidates must possess deep expertise in instructional design methodologies, specialized learning technologies, and the ability to synthesize content from subject matter experts.
