Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will implement behavior support plans and skill development programs to promote independence for individuals with disabilities. They are responsible for direct observation, data collection, and providing coaching to staff to ensure program quality.

The role requires an associate degree to qualify for the position. Candidates must be capable of implementing behavioral interventions and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
