Job description

  • Adolescent Counselor (PT) Dublin School, an intentionally small 9-12 co-ed college preparatory boarding and day school located in beautiful, rural southwestern, NH seeks a Part-Time Adolescent Counselor to join our community starting for the 2026-27 school year.
  • We are searching for someone who can join our counseling staff and increase our capacity to support our students as we strive to provide a calm, nurturing environment to help our students succeed through their difficult times.
  • Duties/Responsibilities: As a residential boarding school, employees are expected to participate in the larger school community.
  • The successful candidate for this position would be expected to perform duties within the Health & Wellness department, support individual students, respond to emergent needs, and engage in school activities (i.e. morning meeting).
  • This is a 2-4 day/week position that follows the school calendar.
  • The schedule will be determined based on need.
  • Maximum of 1,200 hours per school year.

  • Master's in clinical social work or an advanced degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or marriage and family therapy preferred.
  • Minimum of five years counseling experience with adolescents preferably in a school setting.
