Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by preparing the learning environment and facilitating small-Group activities. They observe children to meet individual needs while fostering a supportive and respectful classroom community.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school or childcare setting. A positive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for early childhood education are required.
