Asst. Softball Coach

The assistant softball coach is responsible for providing coaching, development, and supervision of the athletic program under the direction of the head coach or athletic director. They must maintain equipment, manage practice plans, and foster a positive, competitive environment that supports individual and team growth.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess required certifications including asep, chsaa, and nfhs coaching fundamentals. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders are essential.
