Homebound teacher, special education

The homebound teacher provides individualized instruction to students who cannot attend school at their homes or alternative sites. They are responsible for preparing lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and communicating with families and school staff to support academic and behavioral goals.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in special education or a related field and possess a current colorado department of education special educator license. Experience working with special education students is highly preferred, along with proficiency in google suite and microsoft office.
