Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The behavior analyst will provide high-Quality, assent-Based clinical care for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders within a collaborative, transdisciplinary team. They are responsible for managing clinical cases, supervising behavioral technicians, and participating in ongoing professional development and clinical rounds.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree in human services or a related field and possess a current board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification. A licensed behavior analyst (Lba) certification is preferred, and the role requires successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle report.
