Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and well-Supervised classroom environment. They must also partner with families and team members to support the physical, social, and emotional growth of all children.

Candidates must meet state licensing requirements for a lead teacher, which typically include a high school diploma or ged and relevant experience or credentials. An associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred, along with the ability to obtain necessary background clearances.
