Behavior Technician

The behavior technician implements behavior and intervention plans designed by supervisors and provides advanced modeling and coaching to school staff. They are responsible for collecting student data and assisting in the delivery of behavioral interventions and instructional materials.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to obtain crisis prevention institute (Cpi) certification. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 70 pounds and frequent movement throughout the school environment.
