Core responsibilities
The lead rbt will support children through evidence-Based aba therapy and assist in the development of individualized treatment plans. They are also responsible for coaching team members, managing clinic operations, and collaborating with caregivers.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold an rbt certification and possess a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, aba, or a related field. Experience in educational or behavioral health services and the ability to perform physically active tasks are required.
