Preschool Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and well-Supervised classroom environment. They must also partner with families and team members to support each child's individual growth and behavioral needs.

Candidates must meet state licensing requirements for lead teachers, which typically include a high school diploma or ged and relevant experience or credentials. A degree in early childhood education is preferred, along with the ability to obtain necessary background clearances.
