1st Grade ELA Teacher - IDEA Lakeland Academy (26-27)

Teachers are responsible for planning and delivering rigorous instruction while managing a classroom environment that fosters student achievement. They must also track student progress through assessments, analyze data to adjust instruction, and maintain consistent communication with families.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and possess or be willing to pursue a florida educator certification. Experience in a k-12 classroom setting is strongly preferred along with proficiency in the assigned core academic subject.
