Ste 105 San Rafael, CA 94901 Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Resident Physical Therapist to join our APTA-accredited, 12-month Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program in Northern California. This residency is designed to elevate clinical expertise through structured mentorship, hands-on learning, and advanced orthopedic training—without reducing salary. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates of APTA-accredited physical therapy programs or licensed physical therapists new to orthopedics who are seeking accelerated professional growth through one-on-one mentorship. External candidates and internal applicants are welcome. A separate application and interview process is required for the residency following hire as a staff physical therapist. Responsibilities
Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
