Job Coach (Full-Time)

The job coach provides direct support and training to individuals with developmental disabilities to help them succeed in competitive, community-Based employment. Responsibilities include teaching job tasks, providing transportation, advocating for the individuals, and maintaining progress documentation.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least six months of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. A valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and the ability to pass a criminal background check are also required.
