• Professional : You are a fun, energetic, and excited individual You want to pursue a career in education and childcare, such as HDFS, CDA, Education, Counseling, etc. You have a passion for building a better community You have experience working with, teaching, nurturing, and/or mentoring children You have the ability to communicate and cooperate with children, other staff, and parents Minimum of 17 years or older As part of our commitment to child and member safety, there are some additional steps that all hires will be asked to complete: You will need to provide 3 references. These references should be professional references if you have work experience. If you don’t have work experience, these references can be any non-family member over the age of 18 who can speak to your character and professionalism.
