Staff Educator HR Training Per Diem

The staff educator is responsible for assessing staff learning needs and planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities. They also act as a consultant to the nursing management team to ensure professional practice and regulatory compliance.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in nursing or a social science field and have at least one year of experience in staff education. Additionally, they must obtain or possess national certifications for cpi non-Violent crisis intervention and american heart association cpr/Bls.
