Special Education Assistant

The position involves assisting special education teachers with classroom instruction, material preparation, and student supervision. Incumbents also provide direct support to students with disabilities and help maintain a well-Organized learning environment.

Candidates must hold an associate's degree, have completed 48 semester hours of college, or pass the parapro assessment test. Additionally, applicants should possess or be able to obtain cpr and first aid certification.
