Patient Care Technician - PCT - Dialysis Preceptor

The patient care technician provides safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including machine setup, patient monitoring, and vascular access care. The role also serves as a preceptor to train clinical staff and ensures compliance with quality and infection control standards.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or g.e.d. And a valid pct national or state-Specific certification. At least five years of patient care experience in a hospital or related facility is preferred.
