Montessori Certified Primary Lead

The montessori lead will transform classrooms into discovery-Based environments while fostering a positive, child-Centered atmosphere. They are responsible for planning daily activities that balance quiet reflection, active play, and motor-Skill development while maintaining open communication with parents.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree required for elementary teaching, and possess valid montessori credentials (Ams, ami, or equivalent). At least one year of experience leading with montessori techniques and meeting state preschool lead teacher requirements is preferred.
