What you’ll do

Lead a toddler classroom with confidence, warmth, and professionalism Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities and routines Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment Support children’s social-emotional growth, language development, and independence Maintain strong classroom management and smooth daily transitions Communicate effectively with families, coworkers, and leadership Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, classroom procedures, and company standards Mentor and support assistant teachers as needed within the classroom Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Must have at least a GED or high school diploma Must have at least 1 year of experience in a formal childcare setting Must be available to work full-time hours between 6:30 AM and 5:45 PM Must have a strong work ethic and be dependable Must be an enthusiastic team player Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to see and hear children at all times Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, lift, and move actively throughout the day, including for extended periods of time Why KinderKids?
