BCBA- Part time afternoons

The bcba is responsible for developing and analyzing behavioral programs and conducting functional assessments for clients. They also supervise behavior technicians and provide training to caregivers to ensure treatment fidelity.

Candidates must be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) with active massachusetts licensure (Laba). Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities is required.
