Lead Teacher, U-Gro Learning Centre of Lancaster

The lead teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and mentoring fellow staff members. They also manage classroom operations while promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Candidates must have a degree in early childhood education or a related field and at least one year of experience. Applicants must also be able to meet state licensing requirements and engage in physical activities with children.
