Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and assisting with individualized learning activities. They will also collaborate with lead guides to maintain an orderly, engaging environment and build respectful relationships with families.

Candidates must meet state education and experience requirements for working with children in a school or childcare setting. A positive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for early childhood education are essential.
