Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will implement aba therapy plans under the supervision of a bcba and provide one-On-One support to individuals with developmental disabilities. They are also responsible for collecting and recording progress data and collaborating with the team to refine behavior intervention strategies.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities and familiarity with aba therapy are preferred.
