What You’ll Be Doing Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions as a Behavior Technician in home and center settings Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA as a Behavior Technician Track progress and collect session data accurately during ABA therapy sessions Use positive, evidence-based strategies as a Behavior Technician to support skill development Partner with families and supervisors to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA therapy Why This Behavior Technician Role Stands Out Paid, hands-on training. Requirements
18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation RBT Certification (Preferred) Valid Michigan Drivers License (Required) Must pass a background check Experience working with children and/or background in Special Education, Psychology, Mental or Behavioral Health (preferred but not required) Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about working with children or adults with special needs Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be involved in physical floor play including but not limited to bending and reaching Experienced RBTs MUST possess valid RBT credential number on the BACB website
