Direct Support Professional

The direct support professional is responsible for supervising learners, implementing instructional and behavior reduction programs, and collecting data to track progress. They also provide job coaching and contribute to the development of treatment plans in various settings.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and the ability to complete the organization's training program. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or autism is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to pass background clearances.
