Lead Teacher- La Petite Academy of Columbus

The lead teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and mentoring fellow teachers to support child growth. They also manage classroom operations, implement curriculum, and maintain strong communication with families.

Candidates must have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must also be at least 18 years old and capable of meeting state and company childcare requirements.
