Direct Care Worker

The direct care worker is responsible for providing direct supervision, ensuring the safety and well-Being of children, and maintaining accurate documentation of daily activities and incidents. They also facilitate social skills development, assist with daily routines, and implement treatment plans in a residential setting.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in child welfare or a related social service field. Additionally, applicants must possess first aid, cpr, and emergency behavior intervention certifications and be fluent in english and spanish.
