Behavior Analyst

The behavioral analyst conducts comprehensive client assessments and develops measurable treatment goals through individualized treatment plans. They collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to implement rehabilitative strategies and provide direct care services in alignment with aba best practices.

Candidates must hold a graduate degree in a relevant field and possess a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification. Additionally, an active pennsylvania license in a clinical or behavioral health discipline is required along with the ability to pass criminal and child abuse clearances.
