Lead Child Care Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for the health and safety of children while implementing hands-On activities and actively supervising the classroom. They must also maintain daily communication with families and build strong, supportive relationships.

Candidates must meet state licensing qualifications and hold a cpl 3 certification or higher. The role requires the physical ability to lift and carry children weighing 10-70 lbs and the ability to stand for up to 90% of the day.
