Partnership Family Coach

The family coach works directly with families to build trust, remove barriers, and support child growth through resource connection and goal setting. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, conducting family assessments, and collaborating with community partners to ensure health and safety standards are met.

Candidates must have an associate degree in social sciences or equivalent experience, along with strong problem-Solving skills and the ability to work in high-Risk communities. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proficiency in microsoft office are required for this role.
