About the Opportunity Gervino Group is partnering with a leading behavioral health organization to identify compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a structured, supportive, and growth-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one therapy to children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder Teach and reinforce language, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills Create a fun, engaging, and structured learning environment Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families Accurately document behaviors and collect data for treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Speech and Occupational Therapists Maintain certification requirements, including RBT and Safety-Care training

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 1 year of experience in a transportation-related role (as required for client support needs) Certifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
