Direct Support Professional - DSP 2

The direct support professional (Dsp 2) is responsible for supervising and caring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring their health, safety, and well-Being. This includes implementing individualized support plans, providing personal care, and facilitating community connections.

Candidates must have two years of experience as a dsp 1 and hold foundational certifications such as scip-R and cpr. Additionally, they should possess strong communication skills and the ability to assist individuals with daily living activities.
