Childrens Case Manager (Childrens Care Coordinator)

The children's case manager provides professional case management services and advocates for clients to secure necessary support. They are responsible for coordinating services and working effectively within an interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of children and adolescents.

Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or human services. A minimum of one year of relevant experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances is required.
