Teacher Assistant Preschool

The teacher assistant will support lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging montessori learning environment. They are responsible for fostering student independence, modeling positive social behavior, and maintaining accurate records while communicating with families.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and hold or be willing to obtain cpr/First aid certification. The role requires physical ability to perform tasks like lifting and bending, along with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children.
