Cross Country Coach

The cross country coach is responsible for the development, supervision, and coaching of the athletic program at mountain ridge middle school. This includes managing practice plans, equipment, fiscal responsibilities, and fostering a positive, competitive environment for student athletes.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess required certifications including asep, chsaa, and nfhs coaching fundamentals. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for managing student athletes and program operations.
