Adolescent Case Manager

The adolescent case manager is responsible for coordinating clinical and medical care, managing discharge planning, and supporting students with academic tasks. They must also maintain accurate records, collaborate with the treatment team, and provide constructive feedback to students.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related field and have at least one year of full-Time experience working with children in a social service setting. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
