Registered Behavior Technician | In-Home RBT

The rbt will implement individualized aba therapy services for clients with autism under the supervision of a bcba. They are responsible for tailoring sessions to client needs, documenting progress, and collaborating with families to support skill development.

Candidates must hold a current state rbt certification and possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires the ability to work a minimum of 15–20 hours per week and a commitment to professional growth.
