Part-Time case manager

The case manager is responsible for developing and facilitating treatment plans while acting as the primary liaison between students, families, and placing agencies. They also manage court hearings, probation visits, and maintain detailed progress notes for the clinical team.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and be at least 21 years of age. Applicants are required to pass criminal background, drug, physical, and tb tests, and must meet eligibility requirements for a driver's license.
