Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

The occupational therapist will conduct assessments and evaluations of pediatric patients in their homes, create and update treatment plans, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team. They will also educate families on how to support their child's care and assess progress against established goals.

Candidates must have a degree from an accredited occupational therapy program and a current nv occupational therapy license. At least one year of experience as a pediatric occupational therapist is preferred, along with current cpr certification and a valid driver's license.
