Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will deliver one-On-One in-Home or community-Based aba therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a bcba. They are responsible for implementing behavior plans and maintaining accurate records of client progress and session notes.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma and a minimum of one year of experience working with children or in a related field. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to follow clinical instructions are required.
