The Learning Experience – Ledgewood is seeking a nurturing and dependable Preppers Teacher to support children as they transition from toddler routines into early preschool learning. This classroom focuses on independence, communication skills, and structured play-based instruction.

Responsibilities

Lead daily classroom routines for children approximately ages 2½–3 Support early language, social, and problem-solving development Implement age-appropriate learning activities aligned with center curriculum Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities Follow all New Jersey licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications
